Hello, my name is Steve Milford. 

In 2015, I was getting a divorce and needed every dime, so when I needed to sell - FSBO seemed the obvious choice. I live and operate mainly out of Vancouver, WA and surrounding. 

Before becoming a Realtor, I sold my last home, this home, as an FSBO and encountered all sorts of challenges, most of which stem from how the industry is built. I got it done and now do that for others. It is not for the faint of heart but this process can save people thousands.

After my divorce, and after selling my house this way, I decided to become a Realtor to offer Sellers a better experience versus what I had been through.

The traditional Realtor model works against Sellers. It essentially says, that once I, the Realtor, list the property, ANY Buyers that come forth are MINE and I get credit for them.

NOT in my world - I work with Sellers, not against them!
